The Judy Mettee Institute is a professional development program for Community Partners employees, created in partnership with Great Bay Community College to honor the work, dedication and memory of Judy Mettee, an exemplary leader and longtime member of the Community Partners organization.
Attending the Judy Mettee Institute provides talented Community Partners staff with supportive education and professional development opportunities focused on helping them to succeed and excel in their job responsibilities and chosen career paths.

This course is designed to help front line staff enhance their confidence, professional skills and positive work ethic which directly translates to greater quality care and satisfaction for our clients. Staff successfully completing this course will receive an increase in pay of 25 cents per hour.
This course focuses on 3 fundamental areas:
♦ Identifying participant leadership styles to maximize effectiveness.
♦ Acquisition and development of problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
♦ Team development strategies for increased productivity.
