Community Partners updates SENHS contact information

Community Partners announces updated contact information for Southeastern New Hampshire Services (SENHS), following its acquisition in July 2025. Community Partners is the designated community mental health and developmental services provider for Strafford County, and the Aging and Disability Resource Center for both Strafford and Rockingham Counties.

The integration enhances coordination for individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges and reflects Community Partners’ ongoing commitment to improving access, continuity, and quality of care across the region. To support accurate referrals and communication, all callers can reach SENHS through the Community Partners main number of (603) 516-9300.

On November 25, Community Partners of Strafford County and South Eastern New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services (SENHS) signed an Agreement outlining a plan for Community Partners to acquire and integrate SENHS as a program under Community Partners, allowing both organizations to expand their impact and improve services for the community.
