DESCRIPTION:Can you please take five minutes to help us at Community Partners with our Strafford County Community Needs Assessment? \nAs the local community mental health center\, we are preparing to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). CCBHC’s offer mental health\, substance use disorder services and facilitate access to primary care. \nOur first step is to conduct a thorough Community Needs Assessment.
